With a strong family history in the trades, Derrick grew up working in the family construction business, learning the value of hard work early on. That hands-on experience shaped the foundation for what would become Brockton Installations—a company built on doing things right and taking pride in the result.
Today, Derrick specializes in self-storage installations and facility upgrades, always aiming to deliver solid work and build lasting relationships through reliability and trust.
John Hait
Founder, Co-owner
With over 35 years in the industry, John has built a long-standing reputation for quality, reliability, and hands-on expertise. He started his own construction business early on, following in his father’s footsteps, and passed that same passion for the trades down to the next generation.
For the last 15 years, he’s worked side by side with his son Derrick—laying the foundation for what is now Brockton Installations. Together, they’ve built a company focused on self-storage construction and upgrades, backed by decades of experience and a shared commitment to doing the job right.
