Storguard Coquitlam
In Coquitlam we operated the construction as the general contractors, overseeing aspects additional aspects like the parking lot, loading docks, sidewalks, gates, etc..
We were involved in both the new storage facility build and the full forming and installation of the on-site car wash. We also handled the forming and install for the vacuum station lot. In total we contributed to the construction of over 100,000sf of lockers and storage, including outside units and innovated the use of space to maximise ROI for the owner.

A state of the art storguard location that has curb appeal and functional value. This construction process involved creating self sotrage lockers both inside and out, as well as designing visually appealing features to enhance the street view and marketability of the facility to shine both day and night.
